This or That is a platform operated by AL Harthy LLC that allows users to play “This or That” preference games, view community voting results, browse and search games, create and publish their own games, and use supported authentication services.

Some features may be available without an account. Certain features may require you to create or sign in to an account.

Votes and game results are generated from user activity. Results are intended for entertainment and informational purposes only. They should not be considered scientific studies, statistically representative surveys, or authoritative measurements of public opinion. We may use measures to detect spam, automated activity, manipulation, or fraudulent voting and may adjust, exclude, or remove votes when reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, logos, features, and original content provided by AL Harthy LLC, is owned by or licensed to AL Harthy LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the proprietary portions of the Service.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Google authentication and other services used to operate the platform. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. AL Harthy LLC is not responsible for the practices, availability, security, or content of third-party services.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Features may change over time, and we may introduce new features or remove existing features.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” AL HARTHY LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AL Harthy LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AL Harthy LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of another person's rights, or your violation of applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create a risk to the Service or its users, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification, will survive termination.
